Eligibility: Please review the eligibility requirements for this course (if any are noted), particularly if you are applying to take a certification examination. Those who do not meet the eligibility requirements designated for their selected certification cannot and will not be certified until such time as they meet those requirements. TPRA reserves the right to make its own determination on the applicant's eligibility on a case-by-case basis. TPRA reserves the right to deny enrollment and/or certification to any individual.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if you have not attended training (Training Only or Bundle options) and/or taken your exam (Exam Only options). Refunds are only offered for those who do not meet eligibility requirements and will not meet them within the next year, and only if you have not attended training and/or taken the exam. Refunds include the full cost of the course minus a 6% administrative fee.
Transfers: An alternative option to refunds – You may have your training/exam/bundle transferred to another individual, so long as your status aligns with those detailed above (i.e., you have not attended training or taken the exam).
Course Expiration: After purchasing this course, you will have one (1) year to complete it. If the course is not completed in the designated timeframe, you will be asked to purchase an extension, in part or up to the full amount of the original product cost. Once the course is completed, you will have access to the course and all included materials indefinitely.
